  • Once the inspection report is complete, we will finalize any repairs needed and add them to the contract. From there your loan officer will gather all information needed and book the appraisal.

  • We then make sure the title is clear and get prepared for closing day.

  • Appraisal comes back clean and the seller has made all the repairs you can close on your new property.
